Events

Cohorts are small groups of industry young professionals guided through meaningful conversations on current hot topics as well as facilitated discussions on challenges presented by the group. This online program allows emerging leaders to work on professional challenges, give and receive feedback, and find new ideas and solutions to achieve goals, all while building their network in the industry!

Participants will:

• See different perspectives on current hot topics that could include Managing your Manager, Getting the most from your team, and Leading when you're not in charge
• Share their challenges and recieve focused solutions and insights from peers
• Read articles and watch informational videos on how to be a better worker, communicator, team member and ultiamtely, a better leader
• Create lasting connections with other young professionals from all different companies, backgrounds and functional areas

The kickoff meeting will be on April 11 at 11 AM EST. After that, the cohort groups will meet virtually every two weeks at flexible times that work best for all participants.

To join a Cohort, you must be employed by a MAPP member company and fill out the registration survey below.
