This two-day event is designed to be an intensive and immersive professional development opportunity for industry young professionals interested in growing their leadership skills. The 2023 Leadership Experience will give attendees firm and applicable leadership skills, allow meaningful networking and problem-solving and connect with industry peers for long-lasting growth and development.

Not only will attendees focus on developing their leadership, but they will also be taken on an in-depth tour of MAPP member Metro Plastics Technologies, where the event will take place, and have a facilitated discussion on applicable best practices to take back to their home facility.
