Annual Dues Structure:

MAPP membership dues are based on the company annual sales level. Members can pay with a credit card or through check, ACH, or EFT. Monthly payment options are available. Dues are paid on an annual basis for each facility* as follows:

• $0–$3.5M          $799
• $3.5–$7.9M       $999
• $8.0–14.9M       $1,499
• $15M–$24.9M   $1,799
• $25M–$49M      $1,999
• $50–$99.9M      $2,199
• $100M+             $2,499

*Multi-Facility Discount

As the industry grows, many companies now have multiple facilities across the country. As a benefit to our members, MAPP offers a multi-plant discount to these organizations. Each facility has its own unique membership, but is able to enter the MAPP network at a discounted rate. Membership dues can be paid as one lump sum or by each facility individually. The annual dues for these organizations are as follows:
First Plant: Company sales level
All Other Plants: $799
