MAPP’s first tour in 2025 will be held at Intralox in Hammond, LA, the leading conveyance solutions provider helping move the world’s most critical products.
Their extensive portfolio of technologies and services enhances food safety, powers e-commerce, and solves challenges for industries ranging from food processing to industrial manufacturing to logistics and material handling.
Intralox's efforts to help their customers overcome product-handling concerns—whether on a single conveyor or across an entire plant—drives their culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Their motto is: Do the right thing, each and every day. Treat customers, employees, and suppliers with honesty, fairness, and respect. These are the principles on which Intralox was founded, and they continue to guide everything they do. The company’s philosophy of honesty, integrity, and respect translates across the organization and can be seen in the way they treat their people and protect their company culture.
The Intralox culture focuses on elevating each team member, working together, being objective, self-managed, and taking pride in their work. Following these principals has earned Intralox consistent recognition for innovation and workplace excellence.
At the Intralox Hammond facility, they house over 100 injection molding machines, produce 30M parts/month, have over 140 robots, and house a 25,000 pallet fully automated warehouse. Of the 100 IMM’s, 70 of them are fully automated which allows them to run 24/7 with 30 employees per shift. They recently added over 400,000 square foot which doubled the available space to add injection molding machines, an automated make to stock area, and a large assembly area that has quickly grown into the 4th largest assembly facility in the world.
Join the MAPP staff, board of directors and fellow MAPP members as we tour the Intralox facility, engage in peer networking and benchmark industry practices.
