The Plastics Technology & Engineering (PTE) Program is structured around AIM’s philosophy that regardless of a person’s job function it is imperative they understand each of the four core disciplines of the injection molding industry: Plastic Materials, Mold Design & Engineering, Injection Molding, and Part Design. Students who successfully complete all four courses and pass each of the four tests are awarded an accredited Plastics Technology and Engineering Certificate recognizing their achievement.
The rigor of the PTE Program is similar to courses in a university degree program as each course is equivalent to a 3-credit course.
