How to Calculate ROI of Automation When the Investment is Zero with Robots-as-a-Service

As a zero CapEx and pay-as-you-go model, the automation approach known as "Robots-as-a-Service" (RaaS) disrupts the conventional way of justifying automation investment. With RaaS, how do Operations and Engineering Managers then calculate the business value of automation when it is rented instead of purchased?
