An important thing we learned yesterday is that as the healthcare system is being overwhelmed with the “Worried Well”, United Health Care has opened access to an emotional support line that is open to non-members as well. We have many anxious employees and we are encouraging them to use this resource.
We have created an internal website (accessible externally with the link) to keep our COVID-19 information updated for our employees along with a page of COVID-19 resources. We’ve mostly been using the CDC source material, videos, flyers, digital announcements, etc.
