IQMS WMS/Barcoding Implementation

Looking for a consult from anyone who has completed an IQMS WMS/Barcoding Implementation. While there is a lot of documentation regarding how to use WMS I have not had much success in finding materials to help with planning the implementation.

Suggestions on scanners/printers along with labeling as materials track through various stages of production (WIP, Secondary, Finished Goods) would be extremely helpful. Any insights into product dispositioning configuration would be helpful. Finally, suggestion as to the number of licenses and what the preferred hardware for interacting with WMS would also be appreciated.

Please feel free to email directly and we can coordinate a conference call.

Thanks in advance,
-Brandon

Hi Brandon,

This is a few weeks old, but if you still need info, please email me. We have been working with WMS for about 6 years now and tested out 5 or 6 different types of scanners, 3 types of printers, and have dozens of custom label formats including some with 2D barcodes.

We used Carlos Doria. He formerly worked with IQMS and helped us with our implementation which included warehouse management. https://www.linkedin.com/in/tcderp-4261284/

We also have had Jacques Duperre come in and help outline this for us. He did a great job for us as well.
