I asked our Purchasing Manager and here is what she said, "There are quite a few courses online as well as through colleges. I took a few seminars through Fred Pryor but they did not offer certification. I started years ago through Penn State taking classes for my CPM. Not even sure they still offer...

We're using Navision. It's an old software that we inherited from prior management. The current version is called Microsoft Dynamics NAV. I don't exactly remember the solution, but there was a presentation at the 2018 Benchmarking Conference that addressed this. Maybe you can request that presentation from MAPP.
