Journeys Through Leadership – An Interactive Panel & Discussion for Young Professionals

During this one-hour virtual exchange, manufacturing leaders will share their stories and experiences related to their leadership, management and company cultures. These panels will dive into what they’ve learned on their leadership journey – both their missteps and their successes. Additionally, they will share what qualities, skills and experiences they look for in future leadership.

During this exchange, attendees will be able to ask questions and get advice from three experienced industry leaders. At the conclusion of the webinar, attendees will better understand what steps they can take to further improve their team, company and their own leadership journey.

Featured industry leaders include Jim Eberle, president of MXL Industries, Kelly Goodsel, owner of Viking Plastics and Mike Walter, president of Met2Plastics.
