Hotel and travel information coming soon
For nearly 30 years, Dymotek has been running as a best-in-class injection molder out of Connecticut. While housed in two facilities, the organization operates with one culture, one vision and one mission. Dymotek has been able to find innovative solutions across all areas of business – from its workplace ethics and character training (Dymotegrity), to its avid adoption of complex molding, assembly and automation. This Best Places to Work winner continues to evolve and stand out in the plastics industry.
Over the last several years, Dymotek has put a strategic focus on expanding its capabilities, offering an array of engineering services, injection molding and assembly solutions, and LSR technologies. In 2019, the organization is adding a cleanroom, micro-molding and additional press side automation and inspection.
However, Dymotek’s team is careful not to let operational improvements impede on its organizational culture. Dymotek has established a culture of gratitude and transparency – from building personal relationships within teams to sharing business information. Norm Forest, CEO at Dymotek shared "A great service for companies is to share everything with the folks on your team. By doing that, there's a sense of mutual respect that, quite honestly, it empowers them. It gives them the opportunity to be an owner, and frankly, I want to surround myself with owners."
What to Expect:
Join MAPP, the Dymotek team and other plastics industry young professionals for a full-day event focused on understanding best practices on maintaining both operational and cultural excellence throughout an organization. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour both Dymotek facilities, network, discuss opportunities to improve in their own facilities and learn from the Dymotek team on how they continue to build and reinforce their organization’s cultures and exceed operational goals.
Special thank you to the following MAPP sponsors:
