Norm Forest, CEO of Dymotek Corp. and Immediate Past President of MAPP the Board of Directors will join Greg Alonso and Eric Obrecht from Plante Moran’s Plastic Industry Leadership Team to:

The webinar will include an interesting analysis of trends from plastic processors and a discussion of ongoing supply chain challenges, competition for workers, and wage inflation. Norm, a long-term NAPIS user, will share his perspectives including how he leverages NAPIS to optimize his company’s performance.


Meet the Presenters

Greg Alonso, principal, management consulting

Greg works with manufacturing clients on a variety of strategic issues. He works closely with plastic processor and other manufacturing management teams focused on corporate growth strategies, product planning, market diversification, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the Plante Moran Plastics Industry Consulting Leadership Team and a key member of the Strategy and Automotive Industry practices. Greg has more than 25 years of manufacturing and automotive industry experience.   He manages The North American Plastic Industry Survey (NAPIS) and is a regular speaker at plastic industry conferences.  Prior to joining Plante Moran, Greg started his consulting career at Deloitte Consulting and PWC.  More recently, he has held senior manager roles within the financial services and enterprise software industries.


Eric Obrecht, CPIM, manager, management consulting

Eric helps clients improve profitability through cost and margin insights that identify where they are making money and where they are not.  He has extensive experience in cost modeling/analysis and benchmarking, operational benchmarking, dashboard creation, business process mapping, and reporting/business intelligence programs. Eric specializes in technology-enabled process improvement and the development of analytical models focusing on integrating the business processes with technology to empower users and streamline processes. He has deep experience in manufacturing environments as well as a Supply Chain Management degree from Michigan State University. Eric is a member of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) where he holds a CPIM certificate and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and a member of the Plastic Industry Leadership group.
 

Norm Forest, CEO, Dymotek

Norm brings over 35 years of manufacturing experience to his role as CEO for Dymotek. Starting as a machine operator at Milton Bradley, he developed his skills through on-the-job training, continuing education, and working closely with best-in-class industry leaders as well as executive coaches. His passion is culture/development and continuous improvement. Dymotek is a world class, highly technical multi-material plastics manufacturer with multiple locations specializing in liquid silicone molding.
