  📅 Add to calendar

This event has passed

As the demand for robots and automation increases, it is important for organizations to target projects that make sense for their process and have a chance for success in their facility. There are some best practices when it comes to selecting a project or process to automate that will help the organization achieve successful integration. Automation or robotics projects that are targeted should make sense for the company based on factors such as cost benefits, internal competencies, level of complexity, and life of the project. The presentation will cover some of the factors to determine which projects to target and which may not make sense. I will also review some examples of automation projects that made blatant sense to automate as well as some projects that should not have been targeted for automation.
