The Trademark Team has grown into a family of 130+ members. It has taken a tremendous amount of vision and discipline to build a reputation as an innovator in such a diverse industry as custom plastic injection molding and medical component manufacturing. They have proudly served the medical industry for over 30 years.

Innovation

Trademark Plastics, Inc. (TPI) is an innovative LEAN manufacturer of medical components that specializes in custom injection molding. The featured highlight of Trademark's tour event will be their approach to innovation facility-wide. From production, technology, to quality and culture, innovation is the focus of every employee.

Tour Agenda (details subject to change)

• 1:00 – 1:20 (times in EDT) Introduction to Trademark Plastics
  • Attendees will hear from COO Bryan Barrera about the history and mission of Trademark Plastics.
• 1:20– 1:50: Virtual Tour of Trademark Plastics Manufacturing Facility
  • Attendees will be “along for the ride,” during this virtual tour. Using the DJI OSMO, Trademark will take attendees on a tour of their facility, highlighting their innovative production process from training technicians to equipment, certification and more.
• 2:00 – 2:30: Featured Highlight
  • Quality innovation will be the featured highlight on the Trademark tour, featuring a live demo of the brand-new ZEISS machine! The Zeiss METROTOM is an industrial computed tomography system for measuring and inspecting complete components made of plastic or light metal. 
• 2:30– 3:00 Innovation Roundtables
  • Attendees will join one another in small groups to discuss takeaways and share their experiences and best practices focused on 1-2 topics.
• 3:00 – 3:30: Takeaways and Next Steps
  • As a wrap-up, attendees will share their next steps, along with their insights from the day’s events
