Texas Injection Molding (TXIM), located in Houston, Texas, provides custom plastic injection molding services for OEM manufacturing and consumer products.  They strive to be known in the markets they serve as the best partner for custom plastic injection molding services that operates to the highest ethical standards.

Their business strategy and operating plan is built upon People, Process Control, and Technology. They believe that by combining the best talent with proper technology to control the injection molding process they will consistently manufacture high quality parts for their customers. TXIM also believes that culture is a strategic advantage and when they foster an environment where people care for each other they will take care of the equipment, resin, customers and company.

Texas Injection Molding is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and operates 23 plastic injection molding machines ranging from 55 tons to 825 tons in a brand-new facility. They operate 3 shifts 5 - 7 days per week. 

TXIM University - Apprenticeship Program

TXIM University is an apprenticeship registered with the US Department of Labor.  TXIM partnered with Routsis to develop and deliver a competency-based apprenticeship.  The full apprenticeship includes 144 hours of on-demand video classroom instruction and 2,000 hours of the job training. TXIM University provides basic training to all employees on machine, mold, molding process, safety and housekeeping. Texas Injection Molding is also registered with the State of Texas as an Eligible Training Provider which gives us the same status and access to federal and state funds as a Community College. The TXIM team will explain this apprenticeship process works, and how they have used it to advance their workforce and overall company vision.
