As equipment complexity increases, and the average tenure of operators and maintenance technicians decreases, maintaining your operational uptime can be difficult. That is why leveraging the capabilities of your suppliers is so important. Equipment suppliers have skills, tools and expertise that is not readily available to many small and mid-sized processors – and tapping into these capabilities is surprisingly easy. With the advent of augmented reality support, IoT solutions and remote diagnostics, this support can be even more direct and focused than in the past. Your suppliers are changing as market demands drive them to optimize their support – tune in to find out how you can ride this wave to enhance your own operations.

Attendees will learn:

  • How you can mimic Conair – working within limited budgets to drive meaningful, positive changes in your service department.
  • How to tap into the expert teams employed by your suppliers (often for free!) to reduce your equipment downtime.
  • Some great, low-cost tools and software that can make a big difference in your operations.
  • How equipment connectivity can drive big improvements with minimal investment.
