<summary>John,

I have seen this request as well, but have yet to encounter a customer who has specified a raw material that utilizes one of these &quot;conflict minerals&quot;.

I would think that much like REACH and ROHS documentation, you would be able to ask many of the larger RM suppliers for certification.

Curious to know what you learn.

<summary>Bradley, I would be interested in hearing about what you thought of MasterControl vs. IQMS. I was the Project Manager at a former position and implemented MasterControl version 9.0.1. back in 2011. I started at Engineering Industries recently, and we are thinking of utilizing the Document Control module in IQMS. Thanks for your input!
